Rotary Retort for R&D

 

LAGARDE Simulator is equipped to carry out trials for sterilizing/pasteurizing products packed in pouches, trays cups or pots. Processing can be in Rotary or Static Mode and heating medium can be ‘Steam & Air with Forced Circulation’ or ‘Hot Water Shower’. Probes allow calculation of F0 value in real time. Fully equipped for HTST use.
