Product specifications of DAMAIN FOODS
In this LAGARDE Retort,
water is pre-heated in upper water tank and is transferred to the
Retort Chamber after loading of products. Water is heated in side of
Retort Chamber. Cooling is by spraying/raining of cold water. Several
standard sizes are from 1300mm dia to 2000 mm dia with lengths from 1
to 6 baskets in Static or Rotary Mode. Fully compatible with the
applicable USFDA and European Laws.
