The Rotary Retort of LAGARDE allows variable speed
from 0 to 17 rpm and intermittent stoppages at 0
o, 90 o,
180 o and 270
o . The Heating can be either ‘Steam &
Air with Forced Circulation’ or and ‘Hot Water Spray-Shower’.
Several standard sizes are from 1600mm dia to 1800 mm dia with
lengths from 1 to 5 baskets. Fully compatible with the applicable
USFDA and European Laws.
