This LAGARDE Retort does
Heating by water spraying-raining and cooling by cold water
spraying-raining. As an option, Heating by direct steam injection in
the re-circulation water with mixer. Several standard sizes are from
1300mm dia to 2000 mm dia with lengths from 1 to 8 baskets in Static
or Rotary Mode. Fully compatible with the applicable USFDA and
European Laws.
